Luggage allowed on board Renfe trains:
You can bring up to 3 pieces of luggage on Renfe trains as long as they meet the following requirements:
- No single piece of luggage can be larger than 85 x 55 x 35cm.
- The total length of all luggage is less than 290cm.
- The total weight cannot be more than 25kg.
- Other sporting equipment like skis, golf bags and sufboards no larger than 120 x 90cm may be included in your luggage allowance.
- All luggage should have a visible label with the passenger's name on it.
- Prams and pushchairs travel for free, but they must be folded.
Luggage allowed in Renfe Avlo trains:
For your journey in Avlo, you can carry the following luggage included in your ticket’s price:
- 1 hand luggage (bag, backpack, etc.) of maximum dimensions: 36x27x25 cm, without weight limit.
- 1 cabin case of maximum dimensions: 55x35x25 cm, without weight limit.
- Add Extra Luggage:
- If you need to add 1 additional luggage of larger dimensions, with a maximum of 85x60x35 cm. (or not exceeding 180cm. in total), you can do it:
- When purchasing your ticket for 10€.
- After purchase and online for 15€.
- Directly at the station, at the checking point, up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train for 30€.
